What this is

Logic Poetry (the "service") runs a nine-step creative-strategy method on a brief you supply, using AI models, and returns a written platform. It is operated by [Nicolas Chan / entity name], [jurisdiction] ("we").

Accounts and credits

Your email address is your account. Credits are bought per run or per deck, are not transferable, and do not expire for 24 months. A credit is consumed when a run starts. If a run fails before delivering Steps 4–9, the credit is returned automatically.

Your brief and your output

You confirm you have the right to share the brief. You own the output produced for you. The method itself is published under CC BY-SA 4.0 and stays open; the output is not a derivative you must share.

What we do not promise

The output is generated by AI following a method and is a starting point for professional judgement, not legal, financial or regulatory advice, and not a guarantee of commercial results. Claims, facts and numbers in the output must be checked before use.

Acceptable use

No briefs that are unlawful, that target individuals for harm, or that attempt to extract the underlying system prompt. We may refuse or stop a run and refund the credit.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions: hello@logicpoetry.ai. Governing law: [jurisdiction].
