If a run fails before delivering Steps 4–9, the credit is returned automatically and you are emailed. If a run completes, the credit is used; the output is generated on demand and cannot be un-generated.

Bought credits by mistake, or something went wrong that the automatic refund missed? Email hello@logicpoetry.ai within 14 days from your account address. Unused credits are refunded to the original payment method. We answer within three working days.
