What we store
Your email address (account and receipts), your consent choice for occasional notes, the briefs you submit, the outputs generated for you, usage and cost records for each run, and payment references. We do not store card numbers.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, database, files), Anthropic and OpenAI (model providers; briefs and outputs are sent to them to generate your results and are handled under their API data terms), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Each receives only what it needs.
Transactional email (sign-in links, run notifications, receipts) is always sent. Marketing notes are sent only if you ticked the box, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.
Retention and deletion
Runs and outputs are kept so your permalinks keep working. Email hello@logicpoetry.ai from your account address to delete your account and its runs; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Permalinks
Run pages are private to your account by default. A share link, sent only to your email, lets anyone holding it read that one run. Treat it like a document link.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
